With the participation of Ebscohost Trainer Uğurcan Özkan and Expert Librarian Beyhan Karpuz, we organized the first of our Seminars. The topic of the seminar was one issue with which our students have difficulty with: the use of library databases and resources accessible through the KTU lbirary.
In addition to the Ebscohost Databases, various resources at the KTU library were introduces to students.
Following the presentation, students were given a task to complete about what they had learnt.
EXTRA FEEDBACK SESSIONS
With the help and support of Dr. Tuncer Yılmaz, Inst. Ali Şükrü Özbay and volunteering 4th year students we organized two extra feedback sessions.
15 minute feedback sessions with teachers were planned and organized. Students were invited to make appointments for feedback sessions.
These feedback sessions serve to help students with their individual problems with writing through customized feedback.
